Starts off with women getting ready for morning meeting and Iyanla in confessional. “I’m working with two women in the house who seem to be overwhelmed by their challenges. Miss Allison-she may think she’s doing post graduate work but the truth is she’s working on a completely different set of issues.

And Miss Jill, well lets just say she has a lot of work to do a lot, lot, lot, lot, lot, looooootttt of work to do, a lot a lot.”
Allison in confessional says that she believes there will be a lot of work for her to do that is both physical and emotional and she is not sure if she is ready for it yet but she knows she needs to finish what she started.

Morning Meeting-
TJ is telling the women (before LC enter) that she has a lot of anxiety and feels like there is a hamster on a wheel inside of her. In confessional we here her saying that she feels a lot of fear, frustration and anxiety.

Iyanla enters (without Rhonda) today they will be working on unworthiness. Most people spend 85% of their lives living from the pain of our unworthiness. Something you think you should have done, saying how we could have done better and we begin to beat up on ourselves. Iyanla asks the women how unworthiness shows up in their world and how they deal with it.

Allison- Inadequacy, wrong, bad girl. Iyanla thinks bad girl is a big one for her. In confessional she says that Allison uses a polished exterior to cover the chaos and mess that’s buried just below the surface.Jill-Justifies. Beats herself up then says “well you might as well go eat a cupcake” the women chuckle. Jessica-So many bad things have happened in her life it overwhelms people. Then again she has so many good things and thinks she didn’t deserve it so she isolates, detaches and convinces herself everything is fine when it isn’t.
