Kacie asks Simon what he’s gonna do and is thinking maybe he should spike his hair like Lou. Cheryl puts her hair in pigtails, Jaclyn is seen putting on men's clothing with a tie and Troy is wearing shorts.

Iyanla meets with Jaclyn and they look at an old picture of Jaclyn in a swimsuit taken during a beauty pageant. Jaclyn says she’ critical of herself and that she has a stomach, fat on her arm and small breasts. Jaclyn says she looks fake because it doesn’t show what’s on the inside. Jaclyn says she is scared, ugly and sad. Iyanla gives her sunshine’s to write on and she writes she is caring, loving, strong and funny along with other ones. Iyanla tells Jaclyn she needs to think higher than the arms and boobs and belly. Now they fill out some clouds of what she needs to work on and Jaclyn says she doubts herself, holds grudges, guilty and insecurity. Jaclyn felt pushed into pageants but she needs to figure out who she is before marrying Michael.

Simon and Kacie are arguing and Kacie tells Simon he needs to love himself. Simon says he needs to learn the process. Kacie is scared and Simon doesn’t like seeing Kacie upset.

Jaclyn and Iyanla bring Michael over and Iyanla asks what Michael thinks of the clouds on Jaclyn's sunshine. Michael feels second. Iyanla says they need to take a time-out to learn about themselves and work on their clouds. Jaclyn says they need a couple weeks, Michael says one month but Iyanla wants them to have a time-out for 90 days to work on their clouds. Jaclyn is a bit scared of losing Michael.

Group is with Iyanla. Iyanla talks about what the couples will face when leaving the Starting Over House. She asked them to change their appearance today. Iyanla talks to Jenn and asks why she isn’t covered in paint and Jennifer says she didn’t want to get paint on the furniture. Iyanla tells her she should paint a picture with a flower rather than paint with a flower.
