Now it is Jaclyn’s turn. Iyanla asks her, “why are you here?” Jaclyn says that today is the first day that she feels like she is trying be real with her feelings and not say what she thinks they want to hear. They ask what she has been doing well. She thinks she is starting to lay it more on the table. Iyanla asks if she started doing this before or after she heard there was going to be a BOR. She admits it was after. What does she need to work on. Trusting herself, being vulnerable. Iyanla asks her why she is here. Jaclyn says to let go of the past.
Rhonda says that she hasn’t been doing it for the last 7 days. Iyanla asks her who she is and she admits she doesn’t know. Rhonda and Iyanla tell her that she has now let her worse fear out. Iyanla asks her what grade she would give herself. She says a B because she has admitted this. Jen starts crying and they ask her what is going on and she says that she really identifies with Jaclyn and feels like she is a phony too.
Rhonda asks the others if she should stay or go. They all say stay and it gets to Michael and he sits there for a minute with everyone looking at him and he tells her that he thinks she should go.

Lou is up for review and we see Cheryl say that she thinks that he should go. Jaclyn is sitting at the table looking quite forlorn and in confessional she says that she has never felt so alone. Cheryl is sitting outside with Troy and she has to tell him something really bad and we see her ask his forgiveness. He says he can’t right now.
