Now to Rhonda, Cheryl and Troy. Troy is walking around Cheryl while she is laying it out on him. Cheryl tells him that she has suspected that he was chatting online again and he said that he wasn’t when she accused of him it. She tells him that she was. Cheryl says that she is so scared because her grandmother just died of alzheimer’s and her mom is showing signs of it and she is terrified that she doesn’t have much time left. Cheryl needs Troy to be the strong one instead of the spoiled one. Troy says he can’t tell her how much he loves her.

Jaclyn is totally stressing out over the BOR. She feels that she is the problem and Michael shouldn’t have to be there, because she is the screwed up one. Well...
Showing Everyone getting ready for the Board of Review.

Iyanla explains to them the grading system of the BOR and what is the purpose behind the BOR. If you get a * you will be asked to leave, I guess there is no probation now.

Cheryl is called up first. In confessional Rhonda refers to Cheryl is an ice princess. Just like the past BOR’s Cheryl is telling what her goal is and what she needs to work on. She says for her grade that she is floating between a B+ and A. Cheryl admits she is not letting her feelings out and she is afraid. Rhonda asks her again what grade she would give herself. Cheryl says a B. They ask Troy what one good thing he has seen happen. He said that she cries now.

They go around and ask the others what they think Cheryl work on. Rhonda says that she is worried about Cheryl’s unwillingness to open up. Iyanla tells Troy to fight for his life and his wife. Rhonda asks Cheryl if she feels more open. Then Cheryl starts to share her pain. How she didn’t really have a childhood. She is really crying hard. Rhonda tells her that she is doing a really good job.
