Page 5 of 13 Cheryl is in the confessional saying that her feeling is that if anyone needed alone time tonight it was Jen and Lou because they have had a tough day and need the alone time to sort things out and talk about it. She said she was surprised that they let them take the room, but they offered it to them. Rhonda says in confessional that she is witnessing Lou and Jen give up the room and she wonders if they are really being generous or is it something else. Do they really want to be together or not.
Cheryl tells Troy that she is going down to the room. He tells her that he will meet her there In the confessional Troy says that the room means a lot at this point and that he wants to spend time with her. Cheryl is talking to Jaclyn saying that she is trying to get Troy to talk dirty. Jaclyn says that Michael always tries to get her to talk dirty, but she won’t do it. Cheryl says Troy won’t do it because it makes him uncomfortable. Cheryl is in the confessional saying that she and Troy never do anything like this. They don’t have romantic evenings. She wishes they did, but they don’t. They are in the room and Troy pops the champagne and he toasts to Starting Over.
The rest of the couples are outside around the table and Kacie asks Lou what happened to him today; what was he feeling. Lou says real open to something more happening with the conclusion of the car thing. He says the car thing is still BS and that he hasn’t gotten anything yet that he didn’t have before going into it. The only thing he did the car thing is because he didn’t want to leave. Michael says in confessional saying that Lou is a rock singer and that he gets up on stage and can put on a show and he thinks that is what he does in everyday life and deep down he knows what he is doing by putting on that show. Lou says he felt strongly that he made a decision to make a boundary. He said he caould think of a lot of things that he would be willing to do, but this was not the way to get through to him.
