Jessica is emotional and falling apart about 9/11.  She’s overwhelmed.

Allison calls her mother.  She gets the machine, but when she speaks into it, mom answers wanting to know if she’ll be home for her birthday tomorrow.  Allison says no; she’ll be in SO for her birthday.  Mom announces that brother Jimmy is drinking a lot and she’s going to go take his steaks out of the oven, but he probably won’t eat them; he hasn’t eaten all day.  Allison feels badly because she knows her mother wants her to come home and take care of her and Jimmy.

Lisa and Farrah set up the table to sell necklaces.  She has no plan.  He encourages her when she begins to freeze.  She begins to cry.  He tells her she hasn’t done it yet so she doesn’t know she can’t.

Jessica and Rhonda meet.  Jessica tells her she’s a mess; the anniversary of her mom’s death is days away.  In the past, she disconnected and kept distracted but in the SO house, she can’t do that.  She’s super jittery.  Rhonda says her body is anticipating that something bad is going to happen.  She wants Jessica to meet with a post traumatic stress disorder doctor.

Today, Jill got a shot at the doctor’s to hopefully start shrinking the tumours and delay the surgery until she can lose weight.  It will take two weeks to get the results of her tests though.  State care is the issue apparently.
