Page 1 of 4 Jessica is telling TJ that being in California is very different than being in New York right now. In New York there are reminders of 9/11 everywhere. She says in the past this is the week where she smiles the most to assure everyone she’s fine.
Iyanla and Allison meet and discuss their powerful experience on Saturday; the confrontation between the two where Allison pushed back. Allison says it was terrifying. Iyanla says what was important was that Allison walked away from the mess. This is a big breakthrough for Allison. She will finally put to rest all the pain she’s been dragging around for so many years. Iyanla says at 7:00 pm, a car is coming to pick up Allison and she should be dressed in mourning wear.
Lisa says that living in the guestroom is a constant reminder that she has to earn her way back into the house. Rhonda leads group. She shows a photo of a man and wants the first thoughts from each woman. Cool, posing, hiding, a bit cocky, middle class, and smart but doesn’t apply himself. Rhonda starts talking about how we make judgments and that can serve to disconnect us. She invites the man in the photo into the house to find out if the “judgments” were accurate. He was a millionaire by 14 and multi-millionaire by 20. He was judged and stereotyped. He started small as an entrepreneur selling painted rocks for doorstops. Rhonda announces he’s going to be working with one of the housemates today. She reminds the ladies that when they judge, it keeps them from meeting great people along the way.
In the kitchen, Christina is talking about how the man reminds her of herself when she used to make up businesses of her own. Allison is cleaning the refrigerator. Christina is listing her past businesses.
TJ is talking to Jessica about how Christina seems to get upset with TJ but smiles sweetly instead of voicing it. TJ says she told Christina to speak up when that happens. In confessional, Christina says she knows Allison and Jessica are fed up with TJ, so she’s just chillin’ by the pool to avoid TJ’s yackin’.
Rhonda meets with Lisa where Lisa tells her she feels isolated as a guest; like Cinderella before the ball. Lisa shares her backbone exercise. Rhonda asks how she figures she has integrity if she can’t follow through on an exercise. Lisa says she has it, but doesn’t always use it. Farrah Gray arrives again to meet with Lisa and Rhonda. Lisa is excited that she gets to spend time with Farrah. Lisa tells him of her necklace selling exercise. He is going to take her back to sell the necklaces again. Rhonda warns Lisa not to manipulate him. He promises to keep that in mind.
