Yeah, I saw it last night! Wow! I've never seen Harvey so hot under the collar. He is usually pretty reasonable kind of fellow if not a bit gruff... (I think it is just a facade though!)

But from what I could tell... Dustin deserved the confrontation. He is so disrespectful to the others and full of himself. As one of the contestants said a week or 2 ago. He is a self righteous pompous jerk! (I might have paraphased part of it...!)

I don't know why they talked him into staying... other than they didn't have a backup plan like they did for the former bad boys they've had on.. Plus they are halfway through the season. He was probably under contract and they actually like having some sort of pot stirrer on there.. Even the baddest of the bad boys they've had on before were more self destructive than anti social and antagonistic towards others.. Dustin accepted being on this show for all the wrong reasons! (IMHO!)

I tried to watch an episode or two in reruns this weekend and I couldn't get into it. As I saw them standing around looking pretty normal in size, it just didn't grab me. Maybe they have already lost too much weight to capture my interest.

I really like Maureen and Ross, but, I didn't recognize anyone else but Screech. I only know him from all the flack that has come about from him being a jerk on the show. I know he was a kid star or something, but I can't remember where he came from. Didn't he recently have a porno come out on the internet? Can you imagine anything funnier? LOL!

Harvey needs to beat the crap out of Dustin next week he has been asking for it since day one.

I think the show has been taken over by the Dustin flap...

They never even got to the weigh in at the end..and I think that might have been the second time!

Dustin gained 5 lbs... and he was so full of it..

On another note... re: Maureen McCormack.. Before a marathon type dance contest she went to the bar and downed what appeared to be several shots.. I'd have to see it again to see if they were just replays or if she really did more than 1 shot.

It really seemed out of place so maybe she does have some other issues and still dealing with her hidden vices.. I definitely plan to watch Dr. Phil on Tuesday to get the lowdown of the issues surrounding her family and accusations that she is a pathological liar.

Dr. Kiser did question her about the drinking because it was a red flag and that it was only about 11:30 in the morning when she did it.
Maureen acknowledged that it wasn't a usual thing.. (or so she says..)

She is doing great and has surpassed her original weight loss goals.

Can Maureen really have a Jekyll/Hyde personality? I was really surprised by the downing of shots.

I have hung out with some pretty heavy party people in my life and some of them have drank early in the day, but not usually until afternoon, even if we were on vacation and hanging out on the beach or by the pool.

Of course, I have had a bloody Mary or Mimosa at a special bridal lunch or something like that, but who would do it on tv when you know people are watching your every move..even if you don't have a drinking problem.

I have known of 2 people in my life who have drank first thing in the morning. They were serious alcoholics. They drank just to keep from shaking and feeling sick or so they said. Did Maureen look shaky or ill before she drank?

Not that I noticed...

I think she said something about doing it to loosen up to have fun during the dancing. At that point they hadn't even started I don't believe.. They had some lessons doing swing and salsa.. before the actual marathon.

If she had to use 'shots' to loosen up to have fun for a midday exercise/dance activity I could very well imagine that she might have to resort to to it for other situations as well.
