I also think many, many of these guests had appeared on Rosie's show before. So whether or not they are good friends, they have a previous bond.

I also agree with Debby........Rosie tries to be a real person and although, yes she has strong views, and no I don't agree with every single one..........she's also not afraid to show her flaws and put others at ease.

This is true, however, it would be nice to see her more respectful of other's opinions. She often appears to have sort of tunnel vision and seems to see only her own opinion as valid or important. Not nice Rosie. She is good at her core... she just sometimes shoots her mouth off without thinking of how she may be afftecting the people around her.

Think the show would be better if they kicked Rosie off.

I'm tired of her, too. At first I thought she was a refreshing change but now she just seems to stir up controversy and, although I do like Broadway shows I feel like there is a tad too much emphasis on Broadway entertainers on the show now.

It's a shame they can't find someone strong and less controversial.

I really liked that one gal who made several appearances, (sorry, don't recall her name) but she was a fiesty, strong black woman who really took over the spotlight when she was on. I would love to see her lead the show. I think she lives in CA so that might not be possible but I think they need to find someone like her to take over Rosie's position and let Rosie go do her own thing somewhere else where she can be the ONLY host and air her opinons freely.

I rarely watch anymore... I heard she had another blow up with Elisabeth last week.. Rosie told her not to editorialize... Rosie didn't like her opinion.. Something like that.. Many of the cable news shows.. are really being critical of Rosie right now.. I've heard some of them call it the Rosie show...

That's 2 public incidents putting Elizabeth down during the show in a short time frame. I can imagine with their contracts due to be renewed or perhaps not offered in June r sometime this summer.. Perhaps Elisabeth might not sign on for another year OR Rosie pushes for them not to renew E's contract. I heard Elisabeth is really mad... Although I think they try to promote a united front during the show... We know they did when Star was still on their too..

Oh yes, she was really RUDE to Elisabeth, (I think we discussed this on another site??) anyway, she must have even caught herself because the next day Barbara was there, too, and Rosie apologized on air (Elisabeth made nice, too, but I'm sorry, I don't buy it that things are all hunky dorey again there).

I think Barbara is tired of "covering" for Rosie every time she screws up. If it comes down to who leaves I believe Barbara will ask Rosie to go. Who knows how many future co-hosts have declined an offer because of Rosie? It sure is taking them a long time to find a replacement for Star....Hmmmm.
