I know the Subject is strange...but happened on an article online about Rosie's rumored to be leaving..

Apparently she's interested in hosting the Price is Right.. I don't know if they are really considering her but I hadn't seen anything about it...and since we've chatted about all 3 topics... Thought it might be worth sharing..

Now that would be interesting yet again...if The View went through another upheaval.. They still haven't filled in Star's vacant chair... (permanently anyway)...

Don't know if I could see Rosie filling in for Bob or not.... I think she might use it more as a platform to try out her comedy material... Seems she is already doing that on The View..

Has anyone heard if they've got someone to fill Bob's shoes when he officially retires?

I am not a real big Rosie fan as much as we used to be. I don't watch "The View" anymore either.....she is just to pushy and gets on my nerves!! Its not "Rosies View". To me she seems like she runs the show and wants to upcast the other ladies. One day when Barbra was on and they were sitting next to each other Rosie said something and I thought Barbra was going to fall over!! I really wish they would pick someone else next year.

As for her being on "The Price is Right" no, can't see it!! I didn't know that they wanted to continue with the show when Bob retires.

Mew, I didn't see the posts and had to go back to the link to see what you were talking about. There certainly was an array of comments...from both spectrums!

But I pretty much agree with you. I'm not crazy about how over the top she can be at times.. trying to get a laugh.. I definitely can't see her doing the Price is Right.

I was on the WB site looking for something else and really just stumbled on the article.. I hadn't even been to the site before and didn't realize that people were posting comments about the articles.

Thanks for pointing it out. But it really is either anti or pro Rosie stuff..which isn't that surprising.

Rosie, Rosie, Rosie... I was never a Rosie fan, however, I must admit she started growing on me till... she behaved poorly with her comments about Kelly Ripa, and her over the top attack on the Donald. Her views may be interesting, but the way in which she has presented them lately is too, too much. She can be a bully, and it's not a very attractive quality.

As a host of The Price is Right... maybe... if she keeps her "views" to herself... LOL.

Nah, I also can't see Rosie hosting The Price Is Right. Wow! I've only ever seen Bob Barker host it............it'll be weird to see someone else. I don't know who they could get that would still make it enjoyable without being too gimmicky or cutting edge. Hmmmm.........maybe they should just retire the show??

How about Chuck Woolery or Donny Osmond?
