Starting Over Talk

Stumbled on info about the Real World Denver.

Seems to be a pattern with the 2 shows...

I have never watched RW so I don't know how different it is.. or what the norm is..

This article pretty much mentions how plastered the housemates were... The second _link_ talks about J.Murry's position about stepping in when 'brawls' occur. I think this one might be relevant _base_d on what sounds like occurred on the second episode of BGC.
Seems like J. Murry doesn't really want to intervene because he thinks it makes good tv! I hope he gets sued! But more than likely the housemates hands are tied legally because of all the waivers these reality shows require the participants to sign.

Hey, I could tell this show was going to be a big piece of garbage and I so agree with you that I would love to see any reference of it taken off this home page, lest anyone gets the wrong idea of what this site is promoting.

I don't need to read any more reviews and I especially don't need to see one minute of that show to know that it has nothing to do with people starting over and changing their lives.

I am *absolutely* astounded by this show. I am *sick* to my stomach that this is what is on instead of Starting Over! As an empath, I couldn't stand to watch this show for more than 5 minutes. I am very discouraged by all of this.

Ok...I saw the 2nd episode and it was bad...However it got me interested and I'm sure I'll watch it again. I want to know what's going to happens next...

Saw the second episode. Dizzzzzgussssting. But it's kinda like a car wreck. You have to look, no matter what. I'm disappointed in the Oxygen Network for the gutter-snipe shows it's putting on, campus ladies, footballers wives, but Bad Girls is the worst of the lot.

I'm betting they let Ripsi, whom I will refer to as Tipsy from now on, stay. The only thing I'm unsure about is if they will make abstinence from booze a condition. I kind of hope so, but I also thing that they will be PC and say you can't force someone to quit a thing if they don't want to.

And I ask you Tara to see for yourself and I think that if you did see this show that you would immediately pull off all references to this horrible show off your front page of this message board. I would think that you would not want anyone to think that you support this kind of atrocity in any way. Can you guys tell how truly disturbed I am after actually seeing this show???? It is beyond belief. I was shocked. It is not even worth joking about.
