Starting Over Talk - Peer Coaching Support Site

On another SO list I'm on, it was suggested to write Oprah to suggest doing a show on Starting Over. Maybe that would help the ratings.

It's ironic you mention that Martswife, I was thinking that if B/M wanted to unload the show Oprah would be the perfect person to buy the rights to it. She has the money to do it and you know Oprah would do the show right. Plus attaching her name to it would pretty much guarantee ratings.

From what I have heard we need to write to both NBC Universal and the local stations that are currently airing the show.

Hi All - My name is Cass and I just joined your room so let me start by saying, It is a pleasure. I just began watching Starting over this season and tivo every episode.
2 questions I have for you guys and one comment

1. I live in Ny and because of the olympics we are unable to view starting over since the games began. Does anyone know if they will replay any of them since I left off with Lisa being sent home.

2. Is there any place at all to purchase past seasons and episodes on DVD.

and My comment is, I sure hope with all the good work Starting over has done- that they continue to stay on the air to help so many more to come-

I live in NY and last week S/O disappeared from the lineup. Anyone know if it's already been cancelled in NY? I checked with NBC and it's not even listed as a show. I also tried the S/O website and it listed the usual stuff as if it was still on. So, I'm not sure what's going on. Any info would be appreciated.

What I can tell you, is I think because of the olympics , the show was taken off so everyone could see Judge Judy.. Like hello, we could have missed a few of those
