Like I said in an earlier post, he reminds me of Mel from the movie/show Alice.

So glad to see Heather the winner!! Sarah was the one who rubbed me the wrong way.....something like Lisa on SO!!

Yes the military does brow beat you down and do a wonderful job of building back the confidence. I have a son in the military and some of the things that he went through (and I thought he was a stable "boy" when he went in!) and the confidence was so much more than what he had. Now he is a Staff Sargent.

Back to the show.....Loved it!! We watched it everyweek and they played the previous show before the night show....confusing...sorry!
Chef was hard but it did seem like some of the "players" got something out of him.

Virgina, I'm sure is a nice person, but.....she seemed to brown nose for me.

Was it just me, or was it implied that there is something going on between Heather and Rachel. Did Heather ask Racheal if RACHEAL was ready to go to Vegas? I wasn't sure who asked whom.

I, for one, AM glad that Heather won. No, I don't particularly think last night was THE decision-maker..............Heather consistently has had more competence in the kitchen. Yes, Virginia does have a good palate, so will eventually work her way up in the Foodie field. BUTTTT, she's GOT to learn how to lead...OMG!!

I sooooooooooo totally agree with y'all..........Virginia makes stupid comments constantly!!!! And her flirting is very off-putting if she's trying to represent herself as a competent and professional chef!!! Also...............yeah, thanks for setting women's capabilities and recognition back a few decades there BOTH Virginia AND Tom!!! Sheeeeeesh..........

Yeah, I do think that although Keith has some talent with cooking....he has a looooooooooong way to mature!!! Of course, so does Tom, IMO!!!

I did think I heard Heather say something to Racheal, but I thought it was more along the lines of hiring her since she did really well on her team and she won. I don't know, that's what it struck me like!
