Monday Nights at 8 EST. They first show last week's episode then the new one.

OOO I can't stand Sara either. She stood there chuckling and having a ball when Virginia got yelled at for her mistake. She said she was ready. Then said it was a competition. That kind of competition you want to shine brighter than your team by contributing the most in helping your team shine brighter than the other team.

I wouldn't want someone that easily will cut throat his/ her own teammate to look good. That is not the kind of well ran resturant I'd want to eat at.

I don't know who I want to win. At this point in the game I hope the last 3 are Keith, Heather, and Virginia. I don't think Virginia has what it takes to run that big of a resturant and I am not sure about Keith either.

I agree about his compassionate side. I was really touched last season by his having to tell Elsie goodbye (I hope she's doing well)
and the way he took Keith aside and gave him a pep talk. Seems he has no patience for those he KNOWS don't have it in them.

AHHH.. sorry about that.

That appears to be a UK channel. I know he started in London (sorta like Rhonda's program) and then they brought it over to the US.

Don't you think the program has purposefully selected lousy chefs so that Ramsey will have good reason to scream and swear? I mean if the cooks were actually competent at their job, there would be no reason for the drama. He could then really evaluate the best person for the position.

I have watched the show off and on since it first debuted. However, I am frustrated that the contestantes are no more of a chef than I am. I think I could do better than many of them. If should not be sooo difficult for a professional chef to cook risotto. How can any of them qualify to run a top notch resturant? NOT.

I can understand the frustration. I think the best person won last year for it. I was rooting for Elsie though. Mike didn't look like the chef type but he knew his way around the kitchen, he knew how to cook, and he was respectful. There were a few things he did that I didn't like but he didn't excuse himself.

This year... the contestants are even worse. Heather and Keith are probably the best this year.... and they seriously lack experience and confidence. I would not doubt they picked some contestant for thier mouth, thier attitude and threw in some that would be able to hold thier own so that the resturant wont turn around and get lousy business. Just like American Idol- I wonder who does the filtering.

IMHO I think Garrett and Sara should be next. They cause too much drama and it really should come down to the best cooks now.

I enjoy the website. I got a family that likes both meat and potatoes as well as fancier dishes. So I am able to not only get text recipes but I can see just how to do it with thier videos.
