I am neither an adoptive parent, nor an adopted child, but I too feel for both. Why you should be "judged for being adopted" is beyond my comprehension. A "family" and "parenting" is the day to day life. Loving, learning and even disagreeing. It is loving each other day to day and doing our best.

My best friend in HS was adopted, she had the "Best Family Life" that I ever knew. I always thought of her parents as just that, "Her Parents", they were all very lucky to have each other. They "Are a Family".

Compassion is a good thing unless it becomes "Enabling"...at that point, "Compassoim" becomes "Co-dependent". Not Possitive...just a thought.

compassion is something that means alot, something people do not have enough of, it is sad.
