I also like Rana infact because I am having sleeping issues & I E-mailed Rana on thisand her assignment was to write in my journal at bedtime but the bad thing about doing it at bed time is because I am a light sleeper by nature I have to have a morning nap to pull myself together & I usually don't get up until anywhere between 11:00 A.M..to1:00 P.M. This is after I take let my dog out to take care of business & bring her bsck in due to the heat wave.
