Re:Cassie FINALLY meets her son... 2 Years, 6 Months ago
I am adopted too. When I petitioned the court to have my records opened due to health reasons, I had to have a gaurdian ad litem contact my birth parents first...to make sure I could have contact. While the boy is 18...he is still living with mommy (who BTW cannot be a gem since she has been married 5 times now) Not only that, but who ever said Cassie called when she was drunk? All I heard was that the adoptive mom blamed Cassie for the boys problems. What those people did was WRONG...they made a promise to Cassie that she could see the boy, get pictures ect...yet they moved away as soon as they got that baby in their arms, and she has moved from man to man ever since. Anyway, even thought the boy is 18, he still lives with his adoptive mom, therefore she can't call or write because his adoptive mom has put a restraining order on Cassie. Cassie would have to wait till he moved out...and once that happens, she can call him, or even show up on his doorstep. As far as Cassie being manipulative, are you kidding me...that woman has been very patient....alot more than I would have been. I admire her for that. I would have showed up at his school, or waited a few doors down from his home until I saw him leave by himself...I would have done something...I know what it's like to miss a part of you. As far as I am concerned that biotch of an adoptive mom needs to be biotch slapped. I bet you naything she never planned on telling him he was even adopted....what a deceitful snatch!

sahm2b I have noticed other posts of yours that were negative and nasty as well. Not sure where you are coming from. We know nothing of the adoptive mother except for what Cassie has said.

So I am nasty huh..are you saying I am nasty all the time??? I am nasty when MY opinion calls for it, and very nice when MY opinion calls for it...ignore my posts if it bothers you that much...as far as JUST having Cassie's viewpoint...WRONG...did you miss the episode when the ex-wife of his father showed up and sat down for a talk with her and Rhonda?...not to mention the phone calls with the ex step-mom and his father? Cassie was told TWICE not to go anywhere near her alone....No...we don't just have Cassie's side of the story...the woman is a biotch...period, and I feel so sorry for the boy having a new daddy 5 times in his life. If you ask me, Cassie could have done a better job with the boy than her! Also..get your fact straight BEFORE you start insulting others.

you are certainly entitled to your opinions sahm2b.

but, putting an 'o' in the middle of b*tch doesn't make it any better to call someone that, especially in light of the forum guidelines. and 'snatch'? i know what that means and it's no better than calling someone every women's favourite c-word.

I stand by my comments. Until Cassies sons adoptive mother can speak for herself it is nasty to call her names like you have. Those are nasty to call anyone at anytime!
