I am wondering how long Jill will carry her 'baggage" around with her. It took her forever to pack it all and that I think is a sign she is not going to put up with this very long. The strain of the physical weight of the luggage is compounding her pain that she experiences everyday from her excess weight. Iyanla will have to move quickly with discussing with Jill how this is working out because I feel Jill will quit without getting anything from it. This will be an exhausting task for Jill.

I feel she will have it for a few days because she really didn't learn anything. Even Allison tried to help and got scolded so who knows...At first I thought she was committed to the process however lately she doesn't seem so into it.

It supposed to be a physicall exhuating exercise so Jill will make the connection with how much her emotional bagage exhausts her. As an over weight person myself I sure wouldn't want to do this exerise either. I'm sure I would learn from it though.

My son came home from school and I was watching SO. He sat down and saw Jill carring all her "baggage". He asked me why she was carring all this around with her!!!!
I explained how we all have some type of baggage and this was her "lesson" for the day and how we all carry some type of baggage----some more than others!!
He rolled his eyes and said she isn't looking like she is having alot of fun---and when she threw it over the balcony--he said, "Well thats one way of tossing it out!" And just to think he is only 16!!!! Then I explained the money thing to him and he got up and walked off!!
I do believe we all carry some kind of baggage---I am so glad that mine isn't as much as hers!!
