was anyone else appaled at simons reason for the distance between him and his daughter. He blamed kacie. saying his daughter was imitating Kacie.Sure kids pick up on tension in the home between parents, but I have a feeling that Simon bears alot of the responsibilities for the distance between them.I think there is much more to simon then what meets the eye.

I think Simon got that explanation from something one of the life coaches said during group. I think Iylana said that their daughter was mirroring her mother. I can't remember exactly but I'm sure I saw something like that.

She's four And who is the parent here?? I still like you Simon I thought that was a very sweet interaction with Iyanla when Simon was sitting alone in the garden.

Has anybody else wondered about all Simon's tatoo's? I think I even saw writing on the palm of his hand! Somehow he just reminds me of a gang member or someone like that. He has the coldest, mean looking eyes!! He seems so unapproachable, I sure don't envy Iyanla and Dr. Stan trying to crack his demeanor.

Simon even admitted that he would not want another man to treat his daughter the way he treats Kacie. Yes simon will be a tough one to crack, but Imo there are a lot of cultural issues besides pesonal issues that need to be addressed and dealt with before simon and Kacie can start building a more healthy relationship.

I did notice all his tats.
But I disagree with your thoughts about him.

I think he is very guarded.Men are not taught not to show emotion.He is from a different culture and that is not easy to change.

I like what Iyanla said that he watched his parents relationship but that was theirs and he needs to nuture and make his relationship good for him and his wife.

I'm anxious to see what comes out when/if he opens up.
