Hi there,
Catch all the show, or just half today? If not:
Deborah is agreeing to give it a try, and stay in the house at least until the end of the month. We will see about that one!
She was outside the van, talking on the cell phone, when the microphones picked up a conversation. She said she had a champane celebration, the condom broke, and she had better get this taken care of before she starts to show!!!
There was a fire in the back yard, apparently a homeless person set it. The firefighters came in the middle of the night, and evacuated the house. In no time, they were safely back in the house.
Towanda was sleeping on the couch with Chloe in the morning, how cute! A different day, Sinae was holding Chloe, they seem to be very open and helpful to Josie.
In a session, Towanda said she knew about her father's affair before her mom did. Iyanla said later that Towanda is a quiet storm. More to that story--can't wait!
Finally, it is Deborah's turn to speak. Apparently, her father, husband, and I think brother are all passed away, her only male influences. She has a 15-year old daughter, Asia. Deborah's father died when she was 27. They showed a picture of her with her dad at her wedding. Her husband, Cardinal, died before her daughter turned one, he was killed by a drunk driver. They were newlyweds. At the funeral, Asia walked for the first time. Iyanla said it was like she was telling everyone she can make it on her own, she will be okay. Did I say I love this new life coach!!
Deborah has said she has been on 300 blind dates, and has been celibate for six years. She also said she can't get to know someone without having sex with them. Huh? There is so much more to this story too. Wonder if we will get to see it?
Iyanla asked if she has let go of the men in her past, and is there room in her heart for a man, and is she open to love.
Two years ago, she was skinny. Her goal is to lose weight, and meet a man. Rhonda said to the camera that weight is a symptom, and not her real goal. She said Deborah thinks all her troubles will go away with the weight, and this is not the case.
Dr. Stan comes in for the night session. The women look a bit uncomfortable. You were right on, hugs!! They are willing to give him a chance. He said he could offer a man's perspective, and help on a deeper level than the other life coaches could.
They talk about all of them having issues with their fathers. Kim's I did not hear(remember, I have a 3-year old!). Deborah loved her dad, and wants a man to be just like daddy, Jennifer's left(in prison for drug dealing), Josie's was never there for her, Sinae's dad chose her stepmom over her, and Towanda loved and trusted her dad, thought he was perfect, and now believes all men are cheaters and liers.
We hear Deborah on the phone with her daughter, being very rude and mean to her. Supposely she was to call some place and say she was her mom, to get some information. She told her mom she was not authorized to get that information. Sounds like she is talking about an abortion clinic, don't know.. Forcing a 15-yr. old to lie, not good parenting, mom!!
Previews for next week show Rhonda asking Deborah, are you pregnant, do you want to leave? Can't say here, but the TV guide can give you the clues.
Josie says I can't picture my life without her, and Jennifer is having a break down, and a break through.
