The Daytime Emmy's are scheduled to air on Friday night June 15, 2007 at 9:00 pm on CBS.

I hate to sit through 2 hours of it, but I want to see if anyone is there from SO since they are nominated. Also, I want to see if The View will take one this year. It will be interesting.....

Yesterday Barbara said that if they won it, it was credited to Rosie and if they lose it, then it's all her fault. Either way they are blaming her. LOL. Elisabeth looked quite odd when Barbara said that.

I'll make a point to watch it!

I did see the part of the show yesterday where they were talking about Rosie... I think Elisabeth was surprised that the topic of Rosie was bought up.. I'm sure she didn't want to touch that with a 10 foot pole!

I think Barbara said it good naturedly.. and said that she was sure if Rosie was watching she'd be laughing... Maybe Barbara was just trying to smooth things over..

Yeah... It will be interesting.. I'm wondering if some of the smaller categories might get edited out for a commercial..

Yeah, I think Barbara was trying to be as smooth as possible.

I bet they do edit out the small stuff, but I still hope to maybe get a glimpse of something about SO.

missed the emmy show, did the view win?

I looked around the net for info about whether or not Starting Over won. I wound up missing 3/4 of the show.. Took dd out for a quick trip to grab a bite and look at luggage (grad gift). didn't anticipate her deciding to try on about 25 bathing suits which she needed and wanted me to critique!

I scoured the net while I watched the last half hour.. Starting Over's wikipedia link mentioned they won... But the Academy of the art's website I could even get a hit with anything mentioned about 2007 nominees for Starting Over..

Maybe someone decided it should be ineligible. (which is probably true and fair) Apparently some of the technical emmy's were given out in another award program the day before.. Maybe I can find a more comprehensive listing today.. of both days awards and nominees...
