I don't know why I even watch this show! (it's crazy at times and always one bad boy/girl in the bunch... or somesort of dysfunction and or personality clashes..)

Happened to see info on the new season.

Recognized at least a few of the names.. Ted Lange (from the Love Boat..) (the black bartender!).., Tina Yothers, the blond haired younger sibling from Family Ties.. Carnie Wilson.. who made bypass popular! (that will be interesting to watch! and of course ties in with the SO theme regarding Christy and Sommer)..

Anyway.. not too sure how many bother watching this show.. But with this crowd, it looks like it will be a fun season. I wonder who will be the trouble maker and whether they handle Carnie differently because of her bypass surgery.

The other celebs might be better known to the younger crowd or to the fans of the shows / music they appeal to. Found it interesting that Tina Yothers...looks much like she did...except with coal black hair..

I'm shocked about Carnie Wilson. She really looked great the last time I saw her. She had a baby and I thought she still looked good. She posed for Playboy at some point. I think before she had the baby. I saw an edited photo. She looked great in it.

I think the show is trying to get people who don't have too much weight to lose and those that can participate in the exercises. In the past very heavy people have had trouble and also run a risk of harming themself working out.

It seems that the biggest problems have been with the substance abusers. They get drunk and high and ruin it for everyone else. Then they have to intervene and so on.........

Last week I saw a Celebrity Fit Club "Where Are They Now?" They gave updates on all the prior contestants. It was great.

What happened to Biggest Loser??? I miss that show.
