Oh crap! I just missed it! I'll check the tvguide to see if it will be replayed on any other cable channel or late night.. Maybe I'll have to catch it during reruns later this fall..

BTW, The so3 house had some famous residents. Farrah Fawcett and Lee Majors lived in the house when they were married.. Later on George Gobel lived in the house. He was an older comedienne and unless your 50 or older, you might not remember who he is/was.

Apparently they go on a tour of the house because it's for sale! I wonder if he owned it 2 years ago.. and the show rented it from him. I know they didn't own it or it seems that was what was suggested back on the old official boards.

I did get a chance to view the clip.. Some of the segments were choppy... But quite a few familiar rooms.. The front of the house looked familiar as did the 3 shot of the 3 car garage.. The entryway, into the living room with that dining room area in the loft area (that overlooked the main living room) looked familiar and I can still remember the hg's playing games there.. Looked like the same pool. One room they showed was a media room.. and part of it looked like the backdrop they had when the women were taping their confessional pieces. They said the house had 7 bedrooms.. They did show one bedroom and that was the one on the main level.. that Towanda and Josie and then Denise (and not sure who else later on..) shared.

I didn't catch whether it was mentioned how long Slash had lived there or why he was selling it. Season 2 must have been taped mostly the latter part of 2004. (If I'm figuring it correctly..)

I wonder if Ellen was familiar with SO? anyone want to email her show? Maybe it will spark new interest in a new SO... One can hope can't they?

I remember the SO show website had a layout of the house on the website.. There was a large area downstairs that was not designated and think it was for production.

It was fun to watch it.. Maybe I'll watch it again when I get a chunk of time this weekend and put on the CC in case I missed some good verbal banter or info..

I got to see Ellen, what wonderful memories it brought back!

My gosh, I need a life!

Out of pure curiosity and with the hope of putting a link here to a real estate listing I spent close to an hour looking at listings in the L.A. area..with no luck. I go to Ellen's website and there is a piece there of the latter end of her show's segment. It was the silly end and not the whole tour. But they do a couple shots of the room area and those who watched Season 2 should recognize it.. The living room area was 2 stories and the dining room was overlooking it..

Enjoy! for those wanting to reminisce.. (Anyone knowing how to find the actual listing and pictures be my guest... With the market so bad, there are tons of listings.. Prices are bad enough around here.. I'm glad I don't live out there! Post a link if you find it!)
