. The show is on the same channel as Iron Chef America on FOOD NETWORK Channel so I’m not quite sure what channel that might be for you guys.

I hope I have this info right. I was kinda sleepy last night. LOL

Thanks for keeping an eye out for me grizz I believe the show is on every Sunday I’ve been watching the show now for the past two weeks. Chef carries himself almost the same way as he does on Hell’s Kitchen but with a lot less drama.

Yep, and I like the way you can actually see some of his compassion come thru. Also, I learned a little bit of why he acts the way he does.....well, in my own "reading between the lines" of his words/behaviors. He seems so driven to have successes that he explodes when people want the dream of having their own restauraunt, but are actually pretty lazy and/or short-sighted. That's how he's come across to me anyway. Also, I learned he has an 8 yr. old daughter...........he told one of the cooks that his "8 yr. old daughter can do better than that!".
