I am trying to lose weight and also stick to a healthier lifestyle and following a regimine made by my doctor. The problem is that I am alone so much of the time and have no support. I tend to not take care of myself and stick to what I need to do because I can not see the light at the end of the tunnel and the reasons for staying healthy. It's so hard to stick to everything when no one around me supports or understands how much I really have to do each day to be well.I was always someone who could be strict and stick to my health regimine until things started to feel hopeless to me. I am trying hard to get out of this rut but I need a little support when I want to give up or get forgetful.
