I'm not sure if I do or not. Here lately it seems that the topics of discussion are not very interesting and sometimes the comments seem contrived. I'm not sure what it is, it just doesn't flow well like it used to. I find myself fast fowarding through some of the Hot Topics and I used to would never had done that. Plus they interupt each other too much.

I hope the celebrity guest choices inprove as well. Apparently pickings are slim.

They are all starting to grow on me, however, I still would love to see a news person or a younger version of Barbara...LOL.

Seems that the hot topics follow whatever is in the news or gossip... the moderators could be more interesting... they do seem more bland when Barbara is not around.

Actually... I do miss the fireworks that Rosie contributed, however, outrageous... LOL.

I agree Mazzy. While I like Whoopie, her moderating is getting boring. She is quite a talent, but I don't think talk show host is really what she is cut out for. I still have recorded some of the shows when Rosie was there and I watch a little once in awhile. There just seemed to be a very exciting and professional delivery to her moderating. Yeah, I know she could turn that into a boxing match, but when she didn't and when she stayed out of the danger zone, she really was quite good and she did makes some good points.

I hope she gets the help she needs. I truly do believe she has mental and emotional issues that control her life. It's quite sad.

I think you are right... Rosie is a talent, but has definite issues.

Anyone catch The View yesterday?

Laura Ingrahm (sp?) was a guest host. The political discussions were more than interesting. I love listening to opposing opinions when the participants behave in a civilized manner. It did get heated at one point, and I must commend Whoopie's handling of the situation... she spoke in a soft assertive and very effective way that got the discussion back on track. Laura is a very aggressive die hard Republican. She had some good points, but did get carried away at one point, however, it made for a very stimulating discussion.

I was thinking about how Rosie would behave in a similar situation, and I could see her leaping across the desk to scratch Laura's eyes out. LOL.
