Well I'm glad I'm not the only one that has noticed. Thanks for the info about what is gong on with her life. I know from law school that property owners are entitled to what is termed quiet enjoyment of their property. I'm not so sure that applies to construction next door though. It must be bad for 4 people to sue you though.

I adore Bindy Erwin. She did seem to be upbeat after her father's death. I hope her mom didn't push too much with the conservation thing and did allow her some down time. She is such a passionate child, much like her father. When she talks, you just can't take your eyes off the screen. I love that Aussie accent. I predict great things for her. I just hope she plays things a little safer than her dad.
