She should have hired a driver for herself to begin with.

This whole thing is just crazy. She should have just paid her fines and accepted responsibility to begin with and moved on. This is costing all of us tax payers money. I bet part of the reason they released her is because if was costing extra money to keep her in there. I'm sure they needed extra security inside and outside of the jail. Having in in jail was more of burden to the system than having her out. I'm sure she also had a whole entourage of staff that were making things very hard on the system too.

I never heard of anyone having their own private staff in jail, not even Martha Stewart. All the jail has to do is say NO, we don't allow that.
I don't think it was costing them anything more for Paris. In our county inmates pay a jail fee that covers the cost of them being housed in jail. They pay it over time, usually through probation. This LA jail/Sheriff has no credibility IMO.

I have heard that it is being reported that her medical condition is that she was so upset, her psychiatrist said she might have a nervous breakdown if she stayed in jail. It's hard to find words that can express how completely ridiculous that is, if its true.

I don't think she will stay at home, keep on the bracelet, or honor her probation. I don't believe she will ever abide by anyone's rules but her own.

I hope she proves me wrong.

Paris has been ordered to appear in front of the judge tomorrow morning. The City attorney found out of her release through the news media and the judge that issued the orginal order did not agree to the releasing of Paris either and it's going to be determined if the Sheriff violated the court order.

It's being said that her Psych got her out due to ... impending nervous breakdown. Another 'source' said that she developed a rash. *boggles* Spoileditis more likely. If those are the reason... what a complete joke. With a rash.. get oinment, if it's a nervous breakdown... jail is not suppose to be a spa visit.. it's rough.

Also from MSNBC
Although Whitmore said the judge in the case, Michael Sauer, had been consulted, the court statement said the sheriff’s department acted alone.

“Sauer ... indicated to the sheriff’s department that he would not change his order absent a written application supported by substantial facts,” the court said. “No application was made.”

Hahahaha TigerRose, she is a joke. She probably will put that ankle bracelet on that dog that she supposedly lost, and then say how did that happen. I would almost bet that her mummy paid big bucks to the sherrif's office or to his campaign fund. I was looking at my celebrity rag papers, and I saw 3 photos of Paris before her famous trip to the slammer carrying a bible and all of a sudden selecting books on spirituality. I hope that the judge see's this as an insult to his orders and puts the "Party Princess" back to his original sentence!:pinch:

I didn't mean she had her own private staff in the jail with her. However I am sure she had them everywhere else making everybody else jobs in the system harder than they usually are. I know a few years ago we had the shoe bomber in our local jail and that made thing crazy around here which I'm sure required them to pay for more security.

I can only imagine the type of crowds this whole Paris Hilton thing was causing.

I'm watching Fox news and they are covering the Paris Hilton saga. Apparently the judge has ordered her back to court and is unhappy that the sheriff's office let her out. A mention was made that Paris thought the appearance this morning could be done by phone.. So now the court has sent authorities to escort her back to the courtroom.

It sounds like she will be back in her jail cell by the end of day if not sooner. The hearing was supposed to start at noon and I don't think she's left her home yet.. More than likely that will just make the judge madder and she may go straight back to jail...

Give her something for the rash for pete's sake!

Quit coddling her! That's what got her in this mess in the first place..
