This whole thing is just crazy. She should have just paid her fines and accepted responsibility to begin with and moved on. This is costing all of us tax payers money. I bet part of the reason they released her is because if was costing extra money to keep her in there. I'm sure they needed extra security inside and outside of the jail. Having in in jail was more of burden to the system than having her out. I'm sure she also had a whole entourage of staff that were making things very hard on the system too.
I never heard of anyone having their own private staff in jail, not even Martha Stewart. All the jail has to do is say NO, we don't allow that.
I don't think it was costing them anything more for Paris. In our county inmates pay a jail fee that covers the cost of them being housed in jail. They pay it over time, usually through probation. This LA jail/Sheriff has no credibility IMO.
I have heard that it is being reported that her medical condition is that she was so upset, her psychiatrist said she might have a nervous breakdown if she stayed in jail. It's hard to find words that can express how completely ridiculous that is, if its true.
I don't think she will stay at home, keep on the bracelet, or honor her probation. I don't believe she will ever abide by anyone's rules but her own.
I hope she proves me wrong.
