There are fresh headlines this morning..

Looks like her agents quit and that the sheriff involved has a week to document exactly why Paris was let out early and ignoring the presiding judges specific instructions. (no home detention, monitoring or work release)

I also caught a bit on the news about her family being given preferential treatment when they came to visit her.. They supposedly bypassed all the other visitors waiting to see inmates. I think they (inmates) are only allowed visitors on Sundays...

BTW, I meant to mention in the previous post regarding Paris calling Barbara... Does she have phone priviliges? Not sure how they work that in the jail system..

I sure hope they (her parents) don't reward her with a get of jail party... Whether it's for charity or not... It would be a mockery... But I guess that would be pretty par for the course with anything related to Paris.

I saw Nicole on Regis and Kelly a week or so ago.. She showed a clip from The Simple Life. The clip showed Paris trying to use one of those big floor polishers.. It looked like it had been a banquet room or dining room of some kind. She was very emotionless and just let it fly all over the place running over it's own cord and then letting it wreck into table legs and knocking down tables and stuff that was on the tables go flying. The room was a disaster area... What struck me was that she was nither laughing or horrified at what she was doing.. It was almost a deliberate attempt to create chaos and drama for the camera.. Granted it was just a clip and I didn't see the whole segment with Nicole.. Just an odd clip. I think they need to get a real job... I hope the Simple life is cancelled! Oh yeah... wait... another Bunim Murray production! I'm sure he's (Jon Murray) loving all this and may think that it will be good for the show!

Paris has been engaged a couple different times I think. I think she's definitely at a crossroads of sorts... Her maturity level is seriously inadequate and her family seemingly continues to enable her. She's 26 for pete's sake!

I heard that she is in a medical facility room, alone with 4 beds and that she has a phone in the room. The phone in the room part is difficult for me to believe, but I don't know. Everybody but the sheriff knows she does not have a medical condition requiring a medical room. Oh, and Barbara Walters. PLEASE.

Everything about this thing is crazy. Maybe the good side is that if will root out any corruption. There is a website to recall the sheriff. Can't remember the _link_.

As I said earlier here, Nicole Richie on Letterman last week was pathetic. She laughed when she said she might get jail time.

I also saw a clip of Simple Life where she and Paris were acting as judges for a Little Miss contest. Nicole asked one of the contestants who looked like she was about 7 years old, "What would you tell one of your friends if they told you they were pregnant?" The child stood there looking confused. I don't think she understood. Hopefully.
How sick is that?

I guess whenever Paris gets out, we'll see more of the same or a different girl. Any bets?

That's interesting. The article reports that Sheriff Baca says Paris was ill in part because she didn't have her meds in jail, but Barbara reported Paris as saying that she didn't take any meds.

I think it's going to fly when the lies really come out. THen the Sheriff will resign or be removed, and possibly held in contempt if he lied to the Judge.

I heard it announced this morning that there was talk about Nicole being pregnant..

That is really sick for Paris and or Nicole to try to intimidate a little kid with an inappropriate question.

I hope that sheriff does lose his position and somebody ought very well to take that phone away from the so called 'inmate'...

That county could be setting itself up to any number of lawsuits! It really isn't fair if she is sitting in a hospital room with a phone and a large room at that.. For the family and Paris herself to get preferential treatment is not going over very well to inmates with legitimate issues and visitors who had to wait their turns! I hear one inmate has been denied use of her prosthetic leg!

I have zippo sympathy for Paris...

DUI is a very serious crime... it's a shame our laws and justice system doesn't enfore a consistent... strong penalty.

It sure would benefit Paris if she would choose to really learn from this experience and have some good come from this experience.

I'm surprised the girl has any fertility with absolutely no body fat. I have heard that anorexics and athletes who get their body fat very low are infertile. They stop their periods until they put weight on. Still, if she is, my goodness. I really feel for that child. I don't want to even think about it.
