Did anyone see the previews for an upcoming show on Dr. Phil featuring Maureen McCormack? It looked very strange. They showed her father calling her a liar and her crying. They also showed her brother who sufferes from mental illness or some kind of brain damage. She was forced to put him in a residential setting after the death of her monther.
They never said when it was coming on and I checked Dr. Phil's website and couldn't locate anything about it. It's not on the schedule for this week.
I'll try to keep check, but if anyone hears more, let me know.
I really want to see this. I haven't been watching Celebrit Fit Club this season, although I have wanted to. I have seen Maureen on a few interviews. During the interviews she has talked about bulemia and cocaine problems in her past. It seemed to me that something was off in those interviews. Her answers did not flow freely and the interview seemed strained. Whenever they asked her to elaborate, she couldn't. She just repeated the one sentence answer. I noticed it with all the interviews so I don't think it was the interviewer but Maureen. I shrugged it aside, but now I'm wondering again. Perhaps she is just not used to be in the limelight. What is the deal with her? Any thoughts?
