I know some people call her a "professional victim" because she can't step out of the anger.
Everytime I listened to her I get the feeling that she doesn't believe in innocent until proven guilty and she "KNOWS" the person's guilt on little to no evidence... and has ended up wrong.

My heart goes out to her because of the tragic death of the man she loved, however, as a lawyer it's surprising that she is unable to put aside emotion. I agree that she doesn't exhibit belief in innocence until proven guilty, and is just too opinionated.
It's going to be interesting to see who The View chooses.
