Starting Over Talk

Rhonda has just gotten back from Body Boot Camp. She says she was there teaching. It sounds as if she had a great experience. I wonder if it was in any way related to Oprah..since she is on the heels of the Oprah show. Wasn't the topic about those people who had survived horrible experiences and come out victorious? Rhonda said some of the people attending the Boot Camp had some incredible stories. Maybe there is no connection and just a coincidence.

I don't think it's related to anything from her Oprah show.. I think as part of her last book that had to do with weight and body image...she had done a few different body boot camps last year. When I first heard her mention one last year I had looked at the schedule on her website.. She had one on the calendar for the D.C. area.. I think it was in Oct.. or early Nov. It happened to be the same weekend that Iyanla had something going on in the area too..
I remember how expensive Rhonda's bootcamp was! I think it was over $500! Might have been more.. I can't remember exactly..just that it looked pretty steep and knew I wouldn't be able to attend even though it was in my area.

The price to steep for me i live close to Washington DC would have love to go.

Have any of you read Rhonda' blog dated April 5? Wow. I am speechless. She had a very profound experience seeing the movie Reign Over Me starring Adam Sandler. It's about a man who loses his family on 9/11. It brings up strong emotions in Rhonda.

She is still with Mr. Love-A-Lot and it sounds as if things are good.
