It certainly has it all...Family law (custody, paternity, child support),
wills and estates, civil procedure(jurisdiction and service of process), Professional Code of Conduct for Attorneys, Real Property Law, and crimnal law(fraud, illegal drug prescriptions, and who knows what else?) oh yeah, Bankruptcy Law, which is what Anna Nicole went to the US Supreme Court regarding the Marshall money. With the Trim Spa deal I guess Entertainment Law figures in too.

Did anyone see this man on Nancy Grace last night? I caught just a short portion. I think he was a private investigator, but, not really sure. He says that Daniel told him prior to his death that he thought he was being watched. Daniel said something was going on with his mother's attorney Stern and that he was afraid of Stern. It seemed as if he had hired this man or some man to find out what was going on.

I thought this was pretty odd. Is this guy another nut case or does he have any credibility?

I saw that too, Debby. It was reported that his business card was found in Daniel's pocket. However...I have seen this PI a few times now. and he does seem to be "embellishing" his story as time goes on. Either way, the investigaton was never started.

I found him credible on the initial program I saw him on.. I did hear him later on another program also add minor components. Basically why Daniel was concerned... He supposedly said he dreamed that his mom was in a coffin..
Considering how his mom was spiraling downward, that may very well have been true.. I think he was just trying to convey how worried Daniel was and what prompted him to seek him out. I think that was after Anna had moved to the Bahamas.. Daniel didn't move there with them ...

I had heard this rumor about a PI sometime back. Didn't give it much credibility until I saw the piece this week.

It's like a big circus! Sadly though..

K...you brought up something I hadn't thought of before! Daniel not having moved to the Bahamas...has anything been reported about what he was doing, where he was living in California, etc? Not that it's particularly odd for a 20 yr old not to be living with his mother!! Just curious...
