From the statement Opri made, it sounded as if she thought Birkhead wanted to negoiate with Stern and she didn't agree. If your client will not listen to your advice, there's nothing to do but withdraw. Negoiation is great, but, sometimes it isn't worth it to get into bed with the devil.
