This time on Elizabeth..

I think it happened on Wed. show. Talking politics.. and Rosie pretty much called Elizabeth 'young and ignorant'..

If they want a diverse panel, than Rosie can't and shouldn't be going off in that manner. It only made her look bad!

TMZ is reporting that Elizabeth is looking to leave the show.. and Rosie is very upset now and apologetic and calling herself 'ignorant'.. But I really don't blame Elizabeth.. I was surprised that it hadn't happened before now..

I must have turned the view off right before this happened. I'm sure I'll be able to find it on Youtube though.

I agree with ya. I caught the show on Thurs.. I loved seeing Dennis Miller being able to go toe to toe with Rosie and didn't back down or allowed himself to be overridden.

I was disappointed in BW though. They were talking about the "gay" word and BW brought up the girl that was suing because she was punished for saying "That's so gay" BW only gave part of the story and not the whole story. She made it out to be entirely about the girl suing for free speech... She failed to mention that the girl was being teased and picked on for her religeon. Those students were left with no punishment or "education" on tolerating religeon. It's that point which upset the girl and her parents. It seemed that it's bad to use a word that is stereotyping and it's ok to directly talk to a person using stereotype teasing.... I think if one is bad then both is bad.

ANYWAYS... I don't blame Elizabeth for wanting to leave. A lot of people predicted it would go from THE View to Rosie's View. All because you can shut the other person out doesn't make you the winner of a debate.

I'm surprised Elisabeth has lasted as long as she has....I would have left LONG ago...

Joy Bahar makes me crazy with her loud, squaking voice and ultra liberal opinions and Rosie is just, well too much.

I think Rosie may be catching a bit of heat..

Looks like she is taking a 4 day break that began Thursday afternoon. Maybe the incident happened on Thursdays show. I thought I heard about it Wed. night. It also looks like she is not taking any new questions... Coincidence? Probably not...

I did catch the top of todays show.. All seemed business as usual.. although Elizabeth did seem a bit quieter. I didn't watch long enough to see whether the hot topics were touchy subjects today.

I tend to watch the show less and less.

I know the week that Anna Nicole died.. they mentioned that on Thursday show she had said something about Anna..and then on Friday they didn't say anything about it... What became known come Monday was that they had taped 2 shows on Thursday.. not knowing what had happened.. So I wonder if today's show was taped yesterday or today..

I just read the poem fully.. Sounds like she has some barbs... aimed at Barb in there too! I think maybe from the sounds of it.. Rosie's days are numbered.. Maybe the show has run it's course. I'm sure Star is chuckling to herself!

Wow KPW1956 - that is amazing information and insight into Rosie's _frame_ of mind. Is the "he" she speaks of the male producer, (forgot his name)?

She sounds really remorseful but still she needs to learn to hold back from saying everything that comes out of her head. It's not the first time she's been patronizing to Elisabeth and I am really glad that (it sounds like) Barbara is sticking up for Elisabeth. She seems to anyway to the degree that she can with all the nasty stuff Rosie and Joy throw out there.

I listen to Sean Hannity sometimes and I caught him the other day, (after this latest incident probably) saying that Elisabeth should have her OWN show! Hahha. Maybe so.
