I wondered why the View hadn't weighed in on the topic on Friday. Come to find out today... that they had taped 2 shows on Thursday.. so they weren't able to comment.

Of course today they played catch up.. Rosie on more than 1 occasion talked about Daniel being killed.. The first time she said it, the term 'killed' came first and then died or OD'ing.. I got the impression from the panel that were amazed that she was allowed to be showcased in the condition she was often in. Rosie seemed to blame the media.. She mentioned Anna was on Larry King a few days before her death.. (I didn't know that..) but said that she literally couldn't speak she was so out of it..

I think it was mentioned that Rosie had said something negative about Anna Nicole on Thursdays show..of course not knowing what would transpire within a couple hours. I think Rosie was sick of seeing her on tv.. regarding the paternity issues and the fact that she was so out of it..

Everyone is in agreement, that everyone feels bad for this baby!

I guess it's a blessing that she is so young that hopefully they'll figure out the best setting for her to grow up and have a chance to be well adjusted.

I am just amazed at how things are going so far. Since Howard was not married to Anna Nicole, he has no legal authority over her body, her funeral, nor her property, unless Anna had a Will appointing him as Executor and bequeathing property and authority to him. If there is no will it doesn't matter how close you are, you don't qualify as a blood relative to inherit or act on the decendent's behalf. He could apply to be appointed as the Administrator of the estate, but, they usually allow family members over others and because he may be under investigation of her and Daniel's deaths, it wouldn't be a good idea to appoint him to oversee her affairs. I'm not sure a court would do that.

I have heard several reports that there was not a will. If it is true that there is no will, then it would be very stupid for Howard to kill her now. The couple was planning a real legal ceremony soon according to the news. It would make sense to wait until then if you wanted to get rid of her. The only thing I can think of is if Howard Stern would file some sort of a palimony case in California. We don't have any rights like that in my state, but, California used to, not sure if they still exists.

The most important thing is to get the child in a safe and stable enviroment. One of the governments involved needs to take charge and protect the child. IMO, Howard nor friends, have any authority to be caring for the child. With a legal action, pending in the Bahamas alleging that the birth certificate is a void, Howard should be forced to prove that he is the true father in order to keep custody of the child. Anna and Howard have lied about so much during the last couple of years, I don't believe anything either of them said. Howard must know the DNA test is gong to happen. Why oh why would he keep delaying the inevitable? Without Anna, I doublt Howard has anywhere to live.

Oh, I forgot to add. The only way it would make sense for Howard Stern to harm Anna Nicole is if he KNEW for certain that Dannielyn IS his daughter. If that is the case, then it makes much more sense to want Daniel and Anna Nicole out of the picture. If Howard Stern is not the father, then I don't see any motive for Howard to harm Anna intentionally.

Does anyone remember the doctors who came under critisism who had given all of those prescription medications to Elvis? He had many people around him, but, he was on a road of destruction.

If Howard kept Anna in a somewhat drugged state where she depended on him for everything..(and that seems to be the situation)... She didn't have a separate business manager..that I know of.. He could draft anything and file documents on her behalf. It wouldn't take much to get her to sign on the dotted line. So I am sure a Will will eventually show up. I think it might have been an accidental death.. He might not have had all his ducks in a row.. But if he was guilty of basically being her 'pusher'... than I think he should be held accountable.

Do you think it was Anna's idea to sell the last pictures of Daniel taken with her and the baby to the media? Do you think it was her idea to take off to the Bahamas ? Rosie mentioned this morning that Anna only had an 8th grade education. Not sure if that's true or not.. Maybe her mom should take some flack for that... I heard she had dropped out of school after she got into some trouble fighting..

The oddest thing.. is that she had a nurse and bodyguard employed with her.. yet, neither were there when this happened.. It was in the middle of the day. I heard she was in her bed and might have choked on her own vomit.. and then I heard she was found collapsed.. If she was in such dire health situation, she should have been monitored better. I also heard that Howard was elsewhere in the hotel and then I heard he was down at the boat (yacht) they were buying.. Did she seem in any shape to be buying a yacht? Maybe, Howard would need her to sign for it.

I hadn't heard that they were planning a larger ceremony..

When was that to take place? I'm sure Howard would push that idea to the nth degree!

I did see in one article that someone had come forward regarding Daniel's death saying that he had given Daniel some methadone shortly before he died and then flushed the rest of it..

Seems odd that Daniel would die in a hospital setting... and Anna would die with a nurse and bodyguard looking after her..

I also wonder whether maybe the trimspa drugs...might have compromised her health and heart in some way.. I remember years ago when the liquid protein diets were the rage..and people were starting to die as a result of heart problems..

It really could have been a combination of problems that caused her death. But he seemed to be the controller.. He should have had her in the hospital somewhere rather than trying to parade her around to various media opportunities.. I saw a clip of a boxing match they went to.. She was very doped up.. I think that might have been in January. I just don't think he had her best interests at heart..

He knows enough how to manipulate the court system... and how to put himself in the best position. I just think some things backfired... that he didn't count on happening.

I know I'm probably terrible for talking like he is guilty... but it's just a gut reaction.. To me, even if he didn't physically kill Anna Nicole, he sure as heck didn't help her and I think exploited her..

There is an article at msnbc.com that talks about the commissioner in the Bahamas being in trouble and being accused of granting them residency inappropriately. There was also a picture of him with Anna on her bed hugging... She was fully clothed.. but just shows that he might have been swayed by her celebrity and beauty.. and who knows what else! I forgot to add.. That I think as long as Howard feels like his name is on the birth certificate, that he has the upper hand. Also I expect he will try to keep her in the Bahamas away from the long arm of the US court systems. Hopefully the Bahamian gov't will have some say in the matter especially if they are realizing that residency was a farce and they circumvented the system.
