Help me, please. When are they going to announce the DNA results? I'm getting really nervous. If Howard knows there are no more appeals, he could disappear with the baby to some unknow location or he could freak out and harm her. I just don't trust what he might do if he feels there is no way he can keep Dannielynn.

Tomorrow! It's expected anyway...

Stern supposedly is saying if Birkhead is the father that he will not put up a custody fight..and perhaps will hand her over willingly.

Stern does not want Virgie Arthur (Anna's mother) to have any form of custody..

Then of course they are saying that Stern might yet throw a curve contesting the method of the testing..

If history is a factor, he'll wait till an hour before the hearing... They don't think he has a leg to stand on though... Because he also requested the dna testing but suggested a different lab. The court is the one who chose the Ohio lab.

Hopefully we'll know tomorrow!

Did you know that Stern might be hiring Lin Wood to defend him and go after some of the media that has been supposedly slandering him? I think it might have just been some chatter to get the media to back off.. and it has worked a bit..

I hope there are no more delays. I'm anxious to know the procedure for the custody exchange after the DNA results. Will Birkhead take her immediately or will Stern hang on and force authorities to rule that he must turn her over at a hearing down the road? The legal circus I have seen in this case both here and the Bahamas is unlike what we have in my state. I think the courts here would be more concerned that a child is developing and bonding with non-family members. There must be a very good reason for a continuance...such as illness or death in the family, not just a convenience matter. Attempts to delay are frowned upon and not allowed.

I hope they will avoid a media frenzy of police taking a screaming baby from the arms of Stern to give to the father. That would not surprise me, actually.

One reason I am so nervous about the interim period is that Howard's sister openly says that Howard considers himself Dannielynn's father. The prospect that she could be taken away and he would have no right to ever see her again may be more than he can bear, considering his love for Anna and Daniel that is.

Larry Birkhead has just emerged from the courtroom and announced that the test confirmed that he is the father and that his baby is coming home soon.

Birkhead is the father! It was just announced!
