I did see links about Birkhead at the forums at court tv. They seem to have been done awhile back...and I couldn't really tell that they were the same guy. The guy's before picture was very handsome and nothing unusual about his nose... But you know vanity... I think we all magnify our perceived flaws..

I don't think the fact that he may have had a nose jobs makes much difference.. Maybe he had some tweaking done on it.. in conjunction with some work done to help him breathe better...

I know it was a human interest curiosity... otherwise I wouldn't have gone to the links when I saw them too. I think I saw them earlier yesterday. Did you see them at Courttv? I didn't have any problem viewing them..

Sometimes you can paste the link's address in your browser bar.. and try that.. or do a google or yahoo search.

I did read today that Stern has dropped his DNA appeal, so maybe the results will be announced soon. I remember April 3rd being the supposed date for that????

I saw a headline on MSNBC that Stern dropped his appeal too, but when I watched the video, it actually said that his appeal had been rejected, meaning the high court will not hear your case or it could just mean you lose... not sure which answer he got. I think that is different from abandoning your appeal as the headlines indicate, but, anyway, I'm just happy. Get on with the results please.

One commentator on courttv...said his team had 8 or 9 different arguments but were met with a less than sympathetic panel of judges..

Stern's team did drop the appeal before the formal ruling was made by the supreme court. They (Stern and Co.) are having to pay Birkhead $5k and the Bahamian courts $5k...for the trouble he put them through.. Maybe he thought if it looked like he dropped the appeal it would look better than being ruled against. I just saw that they are saying the Court ruled against him...Maybe they offered a formal ruling after all. Lest it come up again in the future... which wouldn't be so odd in this case!

re: the nose job photos.. Someone suggested that the other photo was Birkhead's twin. Wikipedia is listing that he does have a twin named Louis (and 2 sisters).. I think the ears are different... but maybe the shadowing..just makes it appear different.. I don't think there is a major change...

Are the DNA results going to be revealed tomorrow, as originally reported?

It's not expected to be revealed tomorrow. I think they want the Dr. affiliated with the lab that did the dna work to testify. And he is not available.. Another hearing will likely be scheduled..

but who knows? Maybe we will be pleasantly surprised?
