I'm not really convinced of anything either. I have so many questions that nobody has even brought up. I like Dr. Perper, but, I don't think he is a homicide investigator. I sure hope they really ask the hard questions and didn't leave any stone unturned. If I am understanding it correctly, her drug levels were in theapeutic amounts? I guess that means that the only time she had normal drug levels in her system in 3 years, she dies. Wonder what her drug levels were in all the video tapes of her whacked out of her mind. Something about it is fishy.
So, the boy who was never known to do drugs, dies with extremely high doses and the mother who we know has been drugged out of her mind for the last 3 years at least, dies with normal levels of prescribed drugs. Go figure.


Nancy Grace ask Dr. Perper about Anna's vomit in the bathroom sink. If she was so sleepy, how did she get to the bathroom to vomit. The assistant never mentioned Anna' vomiting, did she?

I suspect that that this may be a suspicious death that is never really solved... to my satisfaction anyway. I know if you don't have the evidence, you just don't have it. Sometimes if guilty people are clever enough, they get away with it.

For all the sentiments about Anna wanting to return and be buried in The Bahamas....that place has brought Anna and her family nothing but hell, except for Dannielynn. Ever since she got there it was one thing after another.... Death of Daniel, legal actions against her and Trim Spa, eviction from their house, parternity battle, more fights with Anna's mother, nearly drowning in the pool, then her death while purchasing a boat to take back there. I don't know....I think the Bahamas were unlucky for Anna Nicole.

Apparently there is one section where some info isn't disclosed.. I think it might have to do with the specific prescriptions and whose names they were in..and doctors involved..

I really think there are investigations still going on.. regarding this end..

Today on Tyra, I happened to catch the latter part of the show... It was about meth addicts.. One doctor on there mentioned that methadone addiction messes up the brain and it affects dopamine levels..and tends to actually cause or complicate depression.

I'd never heard that.. but of course thought of Anna and Daniel..

If you heard Dr. Perper's background info on Anna.. he mentioned that she had some depression when her elderly husband died.. I'd never heard that.. and I also thought it odd that they mentioned that Anna had been doing better and in fairly good spirits before they came to Florida.. I remember seeing the clips from in January and she still seemed pretty down and wasted.. Also the last ET interview, she didn't look all that well and looked pretty much under the influence then too.

Reading the Autopsy report also brought up more questions than answers in my book...

TMZ was reporting that Moe was back at the Hard Rock Cafe yesterday for some reason. Seems he dropped from site once he talked to the police. Maybe he's worried that he or his wife will be implicated...and held responsible.. I know the last interview I saw him do, he specifically said that he and his wife were there as friends and not as employees.. His wife said that Stern had asked her to stay with Anna.. Her statement in the police report says that Moe asked her to stay..

I just think this report was to pacify the public to some degree and offer some answers.. I do trust Dr. Perper.. Moreso than Dr. Wecht.. Apparently Wecht was indicted last year for some reason.. and I find him enjoying the limelight on many of these newshows a bit too much and defending Stern a bit too much.. Of course Stern and Anna hired him too to do Daniel's 2nd autopsy.. I think Stern would like the inquest to rely on that rather than the original autopsy report.. It will be interesting to see what significant differences there are between the 2..

Part of that link I gave you also has investigative notes about timeline..(which raises more questions...) and the descriptions of what was found in the room and the state of the scene..

I've read the Autopsy report- she was not pregnant. They may have picked that up from her computer where she said she was planning on having another child.

Oh the twist and turns in this saga. In the investigative report... things just don't sound right. Things don't add up to me... maybe not in a &quot;murder&quot; type thing... but the little things. At first just looking at the report it would seem as if somehow she got combination of drugs that could lead to fatal interaction. The more I read up on this, the more things point to a particular Doctor. Psychiatrist Khristine Eroshevich seems to have her hands in this pretty deep. She was unauthorized to prescribe some of the medications she did. There are rumors that she tried to get those medications prescribed by her regular doctor that refused to order them so she went to a different doctor that sent them to the Bahama's address under the name of &quot;Vicky Marshall&quot; - her married name. On that note.. is that why Howard had his name on some of those prescripsions?... to get around the fail safes Pharmacies have in place to alert doctors and patients to potentially harmful interaction. I think it's this that raises a red flag. So now we know why she was so much more loopy in the interviews... still why did HKS allow her to go out in public.. shouldn't he be protecting her at all cost from being accused of drug use... esp with a child in the house. Why was &quot;best friend&quot; ordering drugs for her anyways with HKS's backing her up to the doctors she was ordering them from? I know she was a neighbor during the ANS's show....She was there for part of the pregnancy and birth of her daughter and death of her son... and just left a day or two before she died.


As far a different name- Stars are known to have an alias when dealing with Doctors because of nosy reporters digging in where there is a line (does the public really need to know who has who has hemrroids or herpes for that matter?).

Anyways... why all the drugs? I know when a family member was a particular nursing home.. when they were short staffed.. they use to overmedicate the patients so they didn't have to be bothered with them. Esp the patients that took more than casual assistance (ie overweight, amputees, those with incontience.) It was easier to control them- less complaints from the patients but it lead to potientally fatal 'poisoning' because it also meant to cover it up.. they weren't taking blood tests. The change was noticable enough to cause some family members to alert authorities to it, their excuse was they were old so dementia would set in. So why didn't that happen with ANS? I know she's naturally loopy but even the public were saying... something's wrong... to the point it wasn't a big shock that she died. On top of that those drugs are legally controlled substances.. there are no refills for some of those... you have to go to the doctor, get the presciption every month, fill it in person... not even subject to being shipped!


I don't think murder really the intent... maybe just keeping her &quot;out of it&quot;, in control of the situation. She'd been under some of these prescriptions since 3 days after her son's death... that long, So with that kind of combination... enough to make her &quot;out of it&quot; mentally.... With that in mind, I wonder what kind of legal ground work was being laid out? Was it just to keep the cash cow docile and it went arwy?...

So much doesn't add up...

I wonder how much of his support system could be eroding with his latest tactic yesterday. His lawyer..has challenged the inquest procedures for picking a jury..

He still hasn't filed an appeal regarding the paternity testing.. He may be waiting until the results are known or stalling to draw things out.. The next hearing is scheduled next week on April 3rd. Stern had 2 weeks to file an appeal. Many think he will file it... but file it at the 11th hour to force a postponement of next weeks hearing where the results were to be determined..

On another note.. Some of the news shows last night were talking about the witness list.. About 16 people are hospital staff.. There seems to be alot of contradictions with where Daniel was.. and where he had laid during the night.. Some reports said he was on the bed with Anna.. I think there were 2 beds in the room.. I think Stern's defense team will claim that Daniel was on the bed and then gave it to Stern.. I think this is all derived from evidence of a couple pills found on the bed where Stern had slept..

Seems some of similar contradictions exist about where and how Anna was found.

I wonder what role Moe and his wife Taz have now.. They have fingers pointed at them obviously but it seems that Moe came forward with more info.. and then they dropped from sight. There stories conflicted on many points too..

I do hope the truth comes out.. and the right folks at least are held accountable..

No doubt Stern and Anna were manipulating the system..

I thought it odd that the new inquest date wasn't established until the 3rd week of January... (when the March date was announced..) Stern and Anna would have been the major witnesses at the inquest. On the witness list reported yesterday, will be Anna Nicole .. I think they will read or show her statements taken at the time of Daniel's death.. or sometime soon thereafter while they were investigating. I know she was heavily medicated.. Maybe in her lucid moments she committed her recollections to paper or computer..

Hopefully the inquest gets back on track Thursday. They are considering the request from Anna's and Stern's Lawyer..

To me, I think Stern and Co. have alot of nerve to hide behind the skirts of Bahamian law to fight paternity issues.. and then protest the processes they have for their inquest procedures.

Sorry for the rambling.. Following that silly and odd case has become a new hobby.. I need a life!

Thanks for the summaries. I'll try to catch up tomorrow. Today has been sooooo busy, I didn't have much time for SOT. I did see a poll taken by Tonight in Show Biz. 58 per cent said they still suspect foul play in Anna's death.

I don't believe there was foul play... I can see Anna taking medications without thinking of the interactions as being harmful... it appears that she was a very strong minded person... I believe the blame comes back to herself... after all one is responsible for one's actions.
