As everyone knows my parents abandoned my sister and I when my sister was 3 years old and I wasn't quiet a year old and never were around. Well two days before Christmas my mom called and said she was coming over on Christmas eve because she had to work on Christmas day. I had prayed for as many years as I can remember for her and my dad to come around and want to be in my life and all that, well it paid off. All the prayers were heard, and me waiting on the Lord really paid off for me I was blessed like so big. My mom did come by as she said she would do, then after a while of being with the family I called her into my room and told her I needed to talk with her. I told her honestly and exactly what all I felt, I told her just how bad I've hurt for all my 19 years now and she said she knows and that she's sorry for it all. Then I played the song *Love can Build A Bridge* by the Judds when they were a mother/daughter team and we just sat here and held one another, she cried the whole time and told me "baby I love you and I'm sorry" I then told her "I know mom and it's ok because I forgive you and daddy both, I love you and I always will because you're my mom and always will be". Then we just talked things out some more and she's suppose to call me sometime and let me know when she doesn't have to work and can come back up here and everything, then we're suppose to get together again and talk more. We would love for my sister and my dad to join us but I highly doubt that my sister will and I have no idea where my dad is right now. I did donate blood the day after Christmas and I ran into someone then and they told me where he might be and unless he moved within the past 2-3 weeks he's not even 5 minutes up the road from me. He won't call or stop by though and I can't go to where he might be, because the person who owns the property lives right in front of him and he would probably have me arrested for going up there and he also has dogs that bite so I'll just keep praying for him and my mom as well. Things look good right now, and even if something happens and we don't get to have the mother/daughter relationship we both want it's ok because she now knows that I forigive her and my dad both and she also knows how I felt and I feel now. To everyone who has been praying about this situation, thank you so much God will so bless you big time I just know it, once again thanks for everything all the prayer and the support, even the advise.
Take care and God bless everyone and have the warmest and best new year ever,
Sue
