I don't think Anna Nicole could be broke... she's got money coming out of her ying yang I think.

I saw on tv last night that Anna has been evicted from the Bahamas house she is living in. I'm not sure if the program was a re-run or not but I had not heard some of the things they were reporting.

The reports said that the government wanted to deport her from the Bahamas because she falsely reported to the goverment that she owned property there when in fact she does not. THe owner of the house sued Anna to evict her from the house. He claims she was supposed to buy the house but later refused to sign the paperwork. She also hasn't paid anything to the owner while living there in the form of rent.

Anna claims she thought the owner gave her the house and that she didn't need to sign any paperwork. THat's hard to swallow.
The owner also says that he used to date Anna and that Anna originally told him that he was the father of Anna's daughter. He then informed Anna that he knew that was not true since he had had a viscectomy. LOL. Anna then recanted and told him that the photographer in California was indeed the father. Now I don't know what to think. Does she even know who the father is?

The guest psychologist on the show last night, say that Anna and Howard Stern are both narcissist and so self absorbed in their belief that they are above everyone else that they feel they have no obligation to anything other than their own selfish needs. They believe they are above the law. I don't believe that Anna will provide the child for a DNA sample even if the court commands her to do it. This could be interesting because that could mean she might be ordered to go to jail until she complies.

I am sure they fraudulently tried to get citizenship in the Bahamas so that they could avoid the U.S. authorities... Maybe they had to be property owners to qualify for citizenship..

I had heard that electricity had been cut off at one point..

To my knowledge, she doesn't even have access to the money she supposedly inherited as it is still tied up in litigation..Maybe Stern is waiting to receive his cut...and then abandon her... Maybe they are meant for each other after all.. But I do feel sorry for that baby.

I heard she and Howard were back in the states.. But didn't mention where the baby is. I wouldn't put it past her to keep the baby out of arms length of the authorities if at all possible.

I'm sure after all this... No company (Trimspa) is going to want to be associated with Anna...and she'll lose her ability to make an honest living. It's really so sad... and that baby should have someone looking out for her welfare..

Her attorney is supposed to be on one of those Entertainment Tonight type shows tonight at 7:30 EST.

In addition to that, I saw on the news that the FDA is coming down hard on diet pill companies, including TRim Spa, about how they advertise false claims. They are having to pay millions of dollars in fines and halt the false claims they make about the pills.
I fear Anna Nicole may be out of a job, of course, her reputation is so bad now, that Trim Spa may just ditch her anyway. Right after her son's death, Trim Spa Executives were on tv supporting her, but, since all of the other stuff has surfaced, I suspect they will change their position on her.

I saw on Nancy Grace last night that the deadline for Anna Nicole to produce the child for a DNA sample was actually yesterday. Of course she refused. They said that an attorney now representing her showed up at the least minute in LA court and offered several reasons she couldn't do it that were so preposterous that there were not worth repeating. Also, Anna called the photographer who claims he is the father and left a voice message that she was never taking the ------- test. She must know that she can never win custody of her daughter if Howard Stern is not the father.

I'm curious to see how they will deal with her intentionally violating a California court order, with her being in the Bahamas.
If she has any assets, including bank accounts or even potentional funds that could come her way, I bet the court could put a hold on them to force her to take the test.

I think everyone now believes that Anna has really lost it. Can you imagine being raised by a mother that out of touch with reality?
