A California judge has just lifted the request to hold the body, saying "California has no need for the body of Anna Nicole."
Her body has been cleared for release from the morgue. Will anybody "fight that?" Hope not...let the poor woman be laid to rest!

It changes every five minutes! Just read , while it was a petition from California (via Birkhead, I would imagine ) that caused Florida to hold the body, the Florida court will still need to be petitioned to release the body. It may just be a formality at this point. Oy!

I watched sooo much last night on all the various shows about the happenings as of late. It makes my head spin. Every five minutes there is some new twist.
Bottom line is I'm really upset that Stern is holding up the DNA test. Also, where is the Will? Stern says it exist but where is it? Has it been examined for authenticity? Has anyone else actually seen it? Is it in the Bahamas or California. Even the appointed Executor can be overturned if that person was instrumental in the decedent's death. Usually there is an alternate executor listed in a Will.

The alternate executor is Stern's attorney.. and also Anna's attorney.
