I guess you may be right KPW. Maybe they were playing roles on Anna' reality show, but, it seemed pretty authentic. I don't think either of them are very talented actors, but, they convinced me on that show that he was the puppy dog and she was the master.

Anyway, regardless of who was in charge before, Howard is now and it really ticks me off. Without some proof of a legal document, he has no say so over Anna Nicole or her property, so why is he running the show??? This is just crazy.

His interview last night on the plane was horrible. I think he is channeling the spirit of Anna with his derogatory comments about grandmother.

Without Anna's money, how is he affording to pay a nanny, attorneys, housekeepers, utility bills? Why are the Bahamian officials allowing this? I also heard they never signed the papers to purchase the house, so that is not Anna's and certainly not his. He should be back on his way to his apt in CA.

If you were sure that the baby was your child, there is no reason that you would resist the DNA test....plain and simple. He either knows for sure he is NOT the father or his has some serious doubt. I'm wondering what he is going to say if if turns out from the test that he is not the father. What will his response be then?

I read the transcript at Larry King's site of the show where he had Larry Birkhead on. Apparently Birkhead and her broke up about 5 months into her pregnancy. He said that Stern was very interferring.. I think I put the link to that transcript on the Sylvia Browne thread since that topic was also mentioned on that show... (the show was Jan. 26th)..

Anyway, He mentioned in that thread that when the breakup occurred she went to North or South Carolina and told some old guy there that he was the father. The cook who just came forward also says that Anna told him she wanted to have his baby...

Since the info came out about Anna having her deceased husbands sperm stored somewhere and her sister hypothesizing that she might have tried to conceive with that sperm.. At the time she conceived the Supreme Court ruling had not been made where they ruled in her favor.. Maybe it could have been a ploy to create a new heir.. They did give this child the Marshall name ... Seems odd... Dannielynn Hope Marshall Stern... Poor kid... She really does need to be appointed a guardian until all the legalities are settled.

I read that the plans were for them to get the yacht... go get a ring and the license and then get married later this month.. Or so says Stern.. I still wonder why they couldn't have done that before..? Why didn't she have a ring already? Would have been alot to accomplish in 2 weeks... He claims they were going to get married on the 26th.. I am just very skeptical..

I also read that his sister said the last time he saw Anna she was asleep.. She supposedly had a 105 temp and the nurse was going to pack her on ice.. Supposedly Stern tried to get her to go to the doctor but she didn't want to go and attract the publicity. To me that sounds wierd.. When someone has a 105 temp... they need to be in the hospital.. She would have been too delirious to refuse.. and why oh why...if she was packed on ice.. was the nurse not with her until the fever broke..

It was also mentioned that she'd had a recent surgery to correct a breast augmentation and had 10 different prescriptions for pain meds..

More and more keeps coming to light.. It gets more bizarre by the day.

I wonder if Stern is the one who took the picture of Anna and the Bahamian official who is now in hot water. It might have been on his computer and someone took access of some of that info... Who knows what else might have been on that computer..

Even if she didn't want to go to a doctor... Couldn't he have gotten a doctor to visit her? Surely if they can afford a yacht they would be able to get a doctor to come to her. 105 is something you don't play around with... specially if he wanter her well for their wedding.

Just about as messy as a soap opera... even messier really. There are now 4 men coming foward to claim Daniellyn and possibly frozen sperm theory? ... I feel soooo sorry for this little girl!

Thank heavens she is oblivious to all of this...at least for now. I do hope that someone will some day show her the pictures and tapes of her being lovingly held by her mother. No matter how this paternity and custody fiasco turns out, she should know that she was loved.

I just spent the evening watching various cable news programs.. on CNN, MSNBC and a couple others..

One interviewer had the supposed nurse and bodyguard on. It was an older woman and an older man. They just described her as a friend.. She was probably her hand maiden more or less than she was a nurse.. Anyway, just led me to think there are alot more holes in the story about her being sick and this woman was not a nurse and noone was with her. No mention of that she might have choked on vomit.. which was a brief rumor here or somewhere...

I think after all these shows air tonight...there will be some fresh information. Many people are questioning Howard K. Stern's actions and influence on Anna Nicole.

Anna's best friend and godmother to her children was on several of the shows.. She did not have anything good to say about Stern...and said that Anna had told her that Larry Birkhead was the father.

Today both Anna's mother and Stern filed petitions to request release of Anna's body to them. Stern also had the coroner do an affidavit stating that waiting too long will cause problems in the embalming process. Even if her body is refrigerated.. it will begin to break down if embalming doesn't happen soon. Then they may not be able to have a 'viewing'.. The coroner who did the autopsy was on Nancy Grace... He wouldn't reveal what has been determined so far.. but did offer the possibility that perhaps the body could be embalmed at the morgue rather than the funeral home..

I get the feeling that Stern is being backed into a corner... No telling what might happen to him or what he might do out of desperation. I do fear for the baby..

Even Judge Judy was in on the act as she was on Larry King.. She says that Stern is doing a grave disservice to Dannielynn by not helping to expedite a resolution to the paternity issue.. That the baby needs to be placed in a stable environment where she will be nurtured.. and not drag it out for months or possibly years. I think she alluded to the fact that there was something suspicious about both deaths.. That it was highly unusual for them to die at such young ages..

Many have mentioned how low Anna Nicole had been since her son died.. I wonder if she might have committed suicide..

She seemed to have a ready supply of drugs.. prescription or otherwise. Hopefully they can trace the trail from user to supplier..

According to the link above BOTH Howard and Anna's mother have requested immediate release of her body. It also states the ME has said keeping her body any longer could be damaging.
