I live in Sterling... Right near Dulles Airport. About 20 miles west of D.C. Are you familiar with Northern Va.? I grew up though inside the beltway near Tyson's Corner. We moved to a neighboring county in the early 80's after we got married! It was more affordable! But like most metropolitan areas... The suburbs are expanding left and right... and it is now quite developed where we are.
