I'm really enjoying local honey. And a friend just got some Agave Nectar to try because the glycemic index and the way the body uses it is supposed to be better. I have to do some research on it, but it tastes pretty good in herbal tea!!
mazzy..............just cooked the pork loin in the oven at 360* for approx an hour. we just used a meat thermometer so we wouldn't overcook it............that way it's nice and juicy!!!
I'm with you on the missing spinach.......it'll be nice to have that fresh option again!!
I haven't tried the organic eggs yet as I get squeamish about eggs that have even the possibility of being fertilized. Since most organic eggs are from farms where the hens and roosters roam free.........I haven't been able to do that yet! I had a gross-out a few years ago cracking one open...

If any come from farms that only have hens, let me know and I'd love to switch!!
