Six Degrees follows a sextet of Manhattanites with intersecting existences.

Hope Davis as a grieving single mom, Campbell Scott as a down-on-his-luck photographer and Bridget Moynahan as a hotshot career woman. Rounding out the cast are Jay Hernandez as an idealistic public defender, Dorian Missick as a limo driver with a gambling problem and Erika Christensen as a shadowy girl on the run.

If you like Grey's Anatomy... you may like this one. I seem to be getting hooked... am enjoying it more each week as I get to know the characters. Interesting storylines.

I really like this show... it doesn't seem to be getting too much attention... none of my friends are watching, but I must say it is really good... has a good time slot... it's on in my area after Grey's Anatomy.

My daughter who is home on fall break from college was telling me about the show yesterday. She really likes it...

I did a little digging and it's _base_d on the theory of six degrees of separation... which I've heard of before..but not really understood..

Of course we've all been in situation when getting to know someone...and realize what a small world it is when we find something uniquely in common with a total stranger..

I plan to try to watch it next week.. I'll check the site to see if they have episode updates so I can get up to speed. I'm still trying to find a really standout new show... Really like Ugly Betty but it's light fare.
