losing a parent 2 Years, 7 Months ago Karma: 0  
Hi all, I am going through major life changes. My mom passed on 1-15-06,as result of me taking her to pretestingfor back surgery.. This led to heart test then bypass. Now i have to rule over this house and make right for my husband,kids and others. I have not lost mind and soal yet. I could use conversations to help me through all this. THANK YOU

hugs for you. I know what it is like to deal with an ill mother. My mom has been clinically dead 3 times but she is still here. No one knows when their going to die. my mom has cancer, diabetes, CHF, heart disease..etc, etc. The fact is she could die from anyone of her illnesses, or she cfould die in a car wreck. I feel for you. I pray for you.

I lost my mom several years ago, she was hit by a train, while driving a Geo Metro. It was the hardest thing I ever had to do. Getting that Knock on the door...But its helped with other thigs, to show just how fast people can be taken away from us.
To know she has Grandkids she will never see grow up. And They don't have the joy of knowing who she is. Is still sad.

My heart goes out to you and your family. I know what it is like to lose a mother. There is nothing I can say that you haven't already heard, but anytime you want to talk, feel free to pm me, I will try to help you in anyway I can. Sometimes it helps just to get things out on paper. God Bess you today and tomorrow too.

Toughts and prayers go out to you. Like honeyb and everyone said here, there isn't anyting I can say that you haven't already heard, but anytime you want to talk, feel free to pm me too. I lost my mom about 10 years ago, and lost my dad fourteen months ago, the day after Christmas.

How ironic that I see your post on this, the one year anniversary of the night I took my Dad to emerg. He died three weeks later and it was three weeks of looking at a man who was simply no longer there. I do know so well what you are feeling. My heart and support go to you.
