Does anyone know how much money she received from her late husband after the family took her to court to dispute the will?

Not sure how accurate this info at wikipedia is...

But it sounds like she filed bankruptcy at one point after the initial trial..

She apparently is still able to go after the money..which she claims her elderly husband promised she would get half of his estate..

Too detailed and probably even that is just the tip of the ice berg..

It doesn't paint her in a very good light though.

I was never a fan... I felt for her when her son died. I don't care for her or her behavior. In fact... it's very hard for me to see her on ET without cringing.

I think Anna may know that if Birkhead is the father, if he challenges the custody, he would probably win. Anna would not be able to stay off of drugs for any length of time in order to prove she is a fit parent. I guess Birkhead could say to her, pay me mega bucks or I'll seek custody of the child. What choice would she have? I hope Birkhead is really acting out of concern for the child.

If the child is Howard's, maybe he will use his head, put the child's needs first and break away from Anna Nicole. He always seems to be sober and rational.

If Anna Nicole were thinking of the child's best interest, she would place the child somewhere she could get proper care. She cannot be a fit parent that strung out on drugs all the time. Daniel was his mother's care taker, not the other way around. I don't doubt she loved her son, but, she did not put his interest first. The only good thins she did was place him with her mother to raise from infancy to school age. I think that good basis early in life is what gave him the stamina to deal with his out of control mother.


She should be coming off any medication she took to calm her immediately after the death. Even people who suffer similar heartbreaking, sudden losses of a loved one, do not usually stay medicated for months on end....maybe days or weeks but not months.

Birkhead has filed for visitation rights plus a court ordered DNA test.

I don't know why Nicole wants the father out of the childs life if he is the father that is. Anna could never stand Howard near her in any affectionate type way so I really don't think he is the father.

Besides Anna is gay. She had her girlfriend with her when she did those shows, but I guess they have since broken up. Also VH1 did a special on Anna life and went to her home town and a gay women there said Anna was gay and she had been her girlfriend. She could be bisexual but seems she prefers women more than men.

I thought Anna would not own up to it publicly because of the lawsuit of her rich husband family.

I really don't think she is thinking rational right now and needs time to get over the sons death.

Also wasn't see sick right after giving birth, an infection or something?
