Starting Over Talk

OMG! I can not believe that I did not tape any of Starting Over. Is there anyone out there that is willing to make me coppies of when I was on Season 1? I would be willing to pay.

Hi Rain, I didn't see much of season 1...and only got into the show a bit during the recaps the following summer. I don't know how you were when you came into the house...But from what I recall I remember being very impressed with your compassion towards trying to help Josie when Josie was wanting to leave the house. I also seem to recall the appearance of great affection for you from the housemates and the posters on the boards..

I think we are all sad that SO is gone! But I have great hopes that it will be back some day...in another format and new name. Maybe even a newer improved version!

I know SO1 was being shown in Australia _base_d on some posts I've seen here and another site. Apparently they keep showing the same season over and over again.

TVONE was running the series but stopped earlier this month. I think that might be SO fans greatest opportunity. I don't know if they were leasing rights to air the show or purchased the rights...They may be unable to show them anymore depending on what they had worked out with Bunim Murray and or NBC who syndicated the show.

I think you're right KPW. I began watching SO around the time Josie was pregnant. I didn't tape at that time. I wish I had now.

Rain may wish to contact the life coaches to see if they have tapes they would share. Since Rain is a former hg, I think that would quite appropiate.

I keep hoping all of the seasons will be released on DVD. I'm beginning to think that may take a miracle.

That's a great idea for her to contact the coaches.. I don't know who her coach was though.. You sure would think that they'd have copies! Or one of the other SO ladies in the house might have had the foresight to tape the show for themselves.

I believe Rana was. She was good!! I liked her but also enjoyed IV! Can you imagine having all 3 women and Dr. Stan there!!
