I would also be skeptical of any report perfomred in a small resort country. I would be scared to give birth there on purpose, but, I read that she has a home there and that's why she gave birth there.

KPW, did you watch her show? When she was on her show, her lawyer was a guy, I think named Howard Stern. NOt THE Howard Stern of radio fame but a different one. He was also one of her personal best friends. He was camped out with her much of the time and I always thought there was a little romance between them. He took care of more than her legal needs. She would cry and throw a fit and he would move heaven and earth to please her.

But, anyway, I think I heard on the news that her lawyer had been asked for a statement but had not returned their calls. I found this odd, since he always seemed eager to be on camera when on that show.

I heard on tv about a month ago that the baby's father was thought to be an entertainment photographer. He met Anna on the job photographing her. This was not confirmed. THey showed the guy's picture and he looked like a handsome man in his 30's.

I knew she had an attorney named Howard Stern too. He's been mentioned in many of the news reports. But they've also mentioned an attorney there in the Bahamas. I heard she was given citizenship last week and maybe he just handled those type things. One article said it was Howard Stern in the room... Imagine 2 Howard Sterns... (actually probably many more!)

I only saw snatches of her show... and she was beyond fearless and shameless. I am sure alot of that will be scrutinized with regard to how her son was raised.. especially those episodes where he was included in filming. Maybe they'll find he had some form of anomaly in his brain or something (anuerysm???) and it was just a freakish death.

We shall see...

That's EXACTLY what I thought of, putter!! I would totally hire my own everything for an investigation. Very sad that that's the way it has to be.............but if you want a thorough and trustworthy job done, it seems to be the only way. There is so much hatred and a dismissive attitude toward Americans in many of those places.

RE: Natalie Holloway......I heard that there is supposedly a big break coming in this case. And it's so sad for her family that the local agencies did such a poor job. I know, I know..............we have injustice here too...........trust me.........I'll get my soapbox out for ANY injustice no matter where!!!!! (I gave y'all fair warning!!! )

Daniel Smith had Methadone, Zoloft and Lexapro in his system when he died.

(Zoloft and Lexapro are antidepressants used by people with anxiety and panic disorders. Methadone is a pain-reliever, used by people recovering from drug addictions such as heroin and morphine).

I also found out and was confirmed that the third person in the room was Anna Nicole’s lawyer Howard K. Stern also known as the baby’s father (as he claims to be). - They had kept this hidden pretty well.

Anna Nicole Smith gave birth to a healthy baby 6 pounds, 9 ounce girl named Dannie Lynn Hope.

Yeah, I saw that Stern was claiming to be the baby's father... I thought that was wierd.. I knew he had been in the room from earlier reports and thought that a strange coincidence..

I think the baby wasn't named at the time of her son's death. His name was Daniel and the baby must have been named as a tribute to her son.

Seems strange to hide such a thing (paternity and relationship)unless he is married or something (and I have no idea)... I mean Anna Nicole seems to be pretty open about everything else! But maybe now that she is getting older and a new child in her life... that she is ready to settle down and stop the wild life..
